McDonald's in Dumas has a true leader on deck! I don't often order from McDonald's for various reasons. The lines were short so I stopped there this morning. I had a small problem with my order, so I called the store to verify my order. Ms."Shaneka"(unsure of the correct spelling) took my call and made my day! My generation (me at least) is almost always exhausted with dealing with people in customer service positions who don't know what "customer service" IS.I would like to commend this young woman for possessing the rare qualities that define customer service. I thank God for you, Ms. Shaneka!

Ordered a Big Mac meal, no lettuce and no onions.... Got extra lettuce, onions, and pattiies all thrown in there with almost no idea of how to layer how to make a Big Mac bun patties cheese bun patties cheese bun.

I ordered chicken nuggets at drive thru. The nuggets were hard & dry. This has happened twice at Dumas AR McDonalds. No sauce was included.

The food there made me sick as a dog for about 24 hours after eating there.
A typical McDonalds. Service was fair and food about what anyone can expect from a McDonalds. Can say the bathrooms were clean and regularly inspected for cleanliness. Parking was sufficient with handicap provisions made. This is one we regularly stop and has Consistent services.

this paticular restraunt (dumas arkansas) doesnt have much soap left in the despenser at the mens bathroom at time of going, slow wait time dining in, and order was missing some things + portions of nuggets and fries were spread out to several mediums and smalls, both 20 peice nuggets were spread out into 2 10 peices. they did not give napkins. they did have the boxes and containers for the right sizes but it felt like they were fooling around a bit with the order.this paticular restraunt was also very warm and everything felt sticky, grimey and not well cleanedfood was good though！ didn't taste dry or over / undercookedthis may have been a one off experience, but may be helpful regardless ！
