I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. And Gretchen wasn't very people friendly when taking our order but the lady who brought us are food was very nice.

The food is messy the fries where old full of grease, I sent them back and they came back a bigger mess. Will never go and would not recommend to any of the dead to eat at any of the sonics!

Just your average sonic.
Wish it could have been otherwise
The smash burger was a pretty big disappointment
AND why do sooooo many sonic use old rancid grease for their fries & tots?
A good reason for going somewhere else also seems a bit expensive for what your getting these days
Won’t rush back

4 drinks and they can’t get it right. The staff was NOT friendly. I could not even call to talk to a manager about this problem because it goes to voice mail. I would not be back.

That I tried to order off the App in to get 1/2 price shake. The App down and this Store in Clinton Arkansas wouldn't give me the discount. Think if I had Mentioned it and couldn't Thu the App I still should've gotten the Discount!!!

We ordered online to save money on the drinks and they make our food (we can see it through the window) and then it sits there for 30 minutes to when we eventually ask where our food is and they bring it out after another 10 minutes to when they bring out our food and the worker said that they just got our order. The receipt said it was a reprint so they lied in front of our faces

The food was very disappointing. Every burger I ordered was thrown together, and it was quite disgusting, to be honest. I paid 23 and some change and left a 2 dollar tip for something that wasn't worth paying for. When I worked there many decades ago, we seemed to care a whole lot more, and the quality was sad today.

Worst experience. 45 minutes wait when no busy. Kids screwing around not working. Order was wrong. Worst experience ever at a sonic. No adult in sight.
