New management forgot the slogan. Day old bread that crumbles harder than toast is pretty crazy. Do better. Shouldn’t have to bite through a brick.

Lively Subway for sure! Lots of interesting interactions taking place with unforgetable stories! The staff was chill and made our subs quick. The sandwiches where really good, and there were fresh ingredients available. Only thing I would doc points on was lack of soap and toilet paper in the restroom.

The food was fine, but the service is awful: The person working here is incredibly slow and rude. She won’t speak at a volume where you can hear her, so you have to ask repeatedly for her to repeat herself. She cannot follow directions and messed up our order twice. The person waiting behind us left in a rage.

Every time I come in the worker has an attitude and she doesn’t have good customer service . She acts like she doesn’t want to prepare my food for me . I’m not sure what her problem is but that’s very unprofessional. You’re better off going to the one in McGehee because they are always kind and will get your order prepared for you no problem ! Dumas use to have good workers but overtime it’s like they just been hiring slackers !

Saturday sandwich maker is always nice, this was the best subway sandwich i have ever had. normally subway is just mediocre and the prices WAY TOO HIGH, but today was worth it.

I am never one to leave a review, but my visit here was mind blowing. I walked in and two employees were out front cleaning; one male sweeping and a female wiping the drink station down. Both of which never said a word, greeting, etc. I walked to the order station and again neither one acknowledged me or stopped their task. I waited for almost two minutes and tried acknowledging them both hoping to grab their attention but neither stopped what they were doing or even looked up. Pretty much realized neither of them cared at all, so I was pretty much forced to walk out. Highly suggest not stopping at this location. Not sure you’ll be noticed, yet alone served. The service here as completely went down hill. I always order ahead using the app and the workers never start making the food until after I’ve arrived and asked about my order. It takes them almost 30 minutes to makes 3 subs and even then they are just thrown together. These workers seriously need to do better.
