I have waited to long for the opening of this restaurant. I had the Full Monte from the food truck a couple years ago. OMGOODNESS! Searched high and low looking for where the truck might show up... glad she is close by in an establishment that I know right where it is located! Today, we had a workplace lunch from Barefoot Bistro. It was absolutely delicious!!! Gosh, it was all so good!!!
My first time visiting Barefoot Bistro was yesterday. Yvette was our server. She answered all my questions like a pro! And boy, did I ask a lot of questions!!! Our table ordered the Elote hot dog, the jackfruit burger, the BBQ nachos, and the Full monte. Look…there was NOTHING that the whole table didn’t get excited over when we ate.
