We ate here tonight and it did NOT disappoint AT ALL! My husband had the meatloaf with the cabbage. He said they were both EXCELLENT! I had the chicken Alfredo and it was the best I have ever had! Of course we had to get the bread pudding to go! Just here for the week. Live in southeast Texas close to the La border, so we like well seasoned food. This is it! Ask for Mike when you go in and tell him his patrons from Texas recommended his place!
We had dinner here on Monday evening. I had a goat cheese salad, and my husband had some type of chicken with étouffée I think… he said the flavor was good, but it was way too runny, lots of liquid. The goat cheese salad was great. We enjoyed two cocktails and our server was great. Forgot her name but a female with braids and glasses. Cute restaurant in downtown El Dorado.Crab cakes and buffalo shrimp were great appetizers.Seafood and steak dishes were outstanding.Skip ordering Italian based on the eggplant parm.Bread pudding was great.
