Great coffee! I usually go to PJs coffee, just down the block. But I stopped here today and I do NOT regret it! The folks are friendly and serve really good caffeine water?
Kid-friendliness: Depending on traffic, parking can get tricky. But if you can walk, it's ok to park a block away. You can use the excuse to slip in and out of local shops and meet some great folks!
Great coffee. I had a black coffee with 2 shots and some hot water, the coffee tasted great. And I loved the little cart on the side of the road. They also have different types of milk alternatives.

I almost missed the cart looking for a brick and mortar business. Friendly and helpful service but I ordered an extra large iced coffee with 3 shots per his recommendation and got 16-20 oz glass of iced Coffee for $9. It’s okay coffee but felt like drink size was misrepresented and a little too costly for the product I received. Not bad just not what I expected or what I am used too.
