Service was FAST! My party of three. All our food was burnt and hard to chew. Employees talked EXTREMELY loud to each other. Screaming and yelling even though they were only a few feet apart. All the workers kept going outside to smoke and sit in their car which was parked by the front door in a handicapped parking spot. Food overall was really and truly TERRIBLE. I will not be eating here again and I suggest NO ONE else does either.
Visited this place twice and both were terrible experience. They didn't care at all. They only stood there chatting and laughing and gave you bad food at the end, totally ignoring your preference. I came in with a smile and left angry. Worst KFC store ever.

Drive thru was fine pickup window was I said hello how are you? No response pass me my food I said thank you n she close the window no response this place has always had rude workers nothing has changed food is great.sooner or later they will understand that we are their paycheck Every customer should get the courtesy of hearing welcome to KFC ,a smile,a thank you from that rude, crew
