I have been all over the country and every Popeyes has the rudest staff. This one though? I love them so much!! They usually are insanely busy so of course stress levels will rise and waits times along with it but they actually Try here and it’s so refreshing and beautiful. I love it so much. I even had a person say something kinda rude to me and the rest of the staff was like “woah we don’t do that here, be nice” and yall that was amazing to see in a fast food restaurant. Employees holding each other accountable respectfully. This is the only Popeyes that has honor in my book. Yall are amazing!!! Your manager should be proud of the night shift!!

Very delicious, the spicy chicken is the best fried chicken in El Dorado, I highly recommend it and the staff is very friendly, excellent service and excellent food.

Worse service ever. Ordered food told to pull to the side, waited and waited, went in to see what was going on and some of the staff was too busy talking on their phones and haven't even started filling the order. Didn't even have the chicken cooked. WILL NEVER BE BACK, WOULDNT HURT MY FEELINGS IF THEY CLOSED.

Me and my dog really enjoyed it. It was the shiznits!!

They take care of their own race before they take care of the orders in line... I have been waiting 20 minutes already and they talk more than they work and get the orders out

Just had worst experience. I ordered online. They gave me sides and not the chicken. You can't get your money back and store won't give me my chicken. We were going back into town to get it but the store told me no. All online bot would do is give me store credit! I don't want store credit. And you can't talk to a human.

Servers are not very friendly and sometimes downright rude. We stopped going there for a while because the attitude wasn't worth the high prices. The food was served hot and tasted excellent.

Parking: Not much to say about it.

Absolutely the worst pop eyes ever it’s filthy in there staff has a horrible attitude my wife and I waited for 20 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to take our order there was plenty of people working behind the counter to do so but instead they was all just talking amongst themselves and laughing like a bunch of hyenas and basically just looking at us waiting to be served so we just left toilets was disgusting they should shut this place down ASAP
