That I pulled up literally 2 minutes before closing and the young lady and gentlemen still served me with smiles and laughter and when I received my order it was fresh and hot including the biscuits. And that's what I call quality service right there!!!

I’m giving this location of Popeyes one star because the experience was terrible from start to finish. The chicken was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever had. The breading was undercooked and doughy, and the skin tasted strange, like the oil was old or the food wasn’t prepared right. It didn’t taste fresh at all and was honestly just nasty.

The restaurant itself looked dirty and poorly managed. On top of that, the employees had no manners or customer service. It felt like nobody cared about the quality of the food or the people coming in to spend their money.

What really made it worse was the wait time. I stood there for about 45 minutes waiting for food that ended up being terrible, and there wasn’t even a crowd inside. Waiting that long for food that tastes that bad is unacceptable.

Popeyes is supposed to have a reputation for good fried chicken, but this location is damaging that name. The food quality, cleanliness, and service all need serious improvement. Right now, it feels like the workers are running the business into the ground.

I would not recommend this location to anyone unless major changes are made. One star is honestly generous for the experience I had.

I made mobile order at 1:56 on 2/15/2026.it was 3:03 when I finally got my order. Stood in store for probably 35 minutes before anyone even ask if they could help me. The manager,I assume ( gray looking shirt) was working the counter, if you can call that working. She was too busy engaged in helping apparently a friend of hers. He got his order before mine.then made a second order and of course she gave him his second order before she ever even said anything to me. The young lady from the drive-thru was the only one that assisted in getting my order. Really disappointed. Farmerville louisiana location runs circles around Eldorado as far as service. Employees need to be talked to or let go.will not return.

There aswome people git there 30 minutes before close order on line pulled up in drive thru said my name they ask i wouldn't mind pulling forward they bring out to me i said no problem and they cook fresh chicken for me. And my wife. Love this place ran very well.
