“the food was good. dipping salsa is some of the best. but the service? not so much. the place was almost empty but it took a long time for the waitress to take our order. Once the food came she never came back. when she did come back to leave the ticket I asked her then for more water and dipping sauce.”

“While visiting Cabot, AR this past weekend, I had the chance to dine at Deer Creek Fire and Stone, and it did not disappoint. The service was spot on, the restaurant was spotless, and the place was packed wall to wall with customers — always a good sign.

The menu was loaded with options, but I had to stick within my food preferences. I went with the Hamburger Steak smothered in Brown Gravy, paired with double steamed seasoned broccoli, and we also grabbed an order of nachos. Let me tell you — that hamburger steak easily ranks in my Top 5 of all time, and the nachos weren’t far behind.

Honestly, I wish I had stayed in town another day because I would’ve gone back in a heartbeat. If you ever find yourself passing through Cabot, make sure you stop at Deer Creek Firestone — it’s absolutely worth it.

The best attitudes and hard workers. All three times I’ve come in they are so professional, positive, and helpful even when my kids are taking forever to make choices. They need to be recognized!”

“I came in this morning and Alex took my order and was my carhop. My order was correct hot and delicious and when she noticed that my salsa was not with my order she promptly went back in with no hesitation and retrieve them for me. “we order marcos at least a few times a month and they are always fast and great customer service. but tonight made me appreciate them even more. we ordered delivery online and it said we'd get it around 5:40. Well 6:00 comes around and still no pizza. so I called to check on it. the phone rang and rang. I called back. it rang so long again. then the sweet employee was so nice, when I asked about our order. she apologized and told me that she was the only person working the front. and only had two drivers delivering. she wasn't rude or stressed out. she politely said, if you know someone looking for a job, we are definitely hiring. I just thought that was the most honest and nicest conversations I've had with a fast food industry employee. that girl deserves a raise!!! 99% of other people would have been rude or short tempered.
