My husband and I stopped by on our way through Cabot and we were greeted by a young man named Travis. He was such a delight! Such a wonderful attitude!
Zaxby’s was awesome as usual, but it’s Travis we are bragging about today. He put a smile on my face and took our order with a smile on his face. He was kind and gracious. Great work, Travis.

Best customer service I've ever received! I placed an online order around 4:00 PM on 1/25/2022. When I walked in the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the woman working the register. Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a well-known restaurant that offers a friendly and professional dining experience. Customers praise the fast and fresh food service, with meals arriving hot even when ordered for delivery. The serving sizes are generous, and the overall ambiance is very good, though the prices may be a bit high. The restaurant is particularly commended for the exceptional customer service, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a delightful visit.
Recent customer reviews highlight the restaurant's strengths and areas for improvement. While one customer had a less than satisfactory experience with a lukewarm and dry grilled chicken sandwich, another praised the helpfulness of a young staff member who assisted with a mobile app issue. Customers also appreciate the restaurant's attention to detail, such as not forgetting extra sauces, but express a desire for more fries when requesting the "go big" option. Overall, Zaxby's remains a favorite fast-food destination in the local community.
