“Can I say enough about the people at this place. Nice helpful friendly. The food was great the breakfast food and the burger was awesome. We had a little issue with my friend tripping and hurting himself in the parking lot and I can't express how grateful we were for all of the quick and kind assistance. Just awesome people all around. This is the fourth time we've been here and it's been fantastic every time. But today took the cake. Lots of different kinds of people there and motorcycle friendly. Totally recommend this place.“

“Salley’s hospitality was superb. She made sure us little old ladies from Little Rock were taken care of on a Sunday evening. Even gave us a bottle of hotsauce to take on the road(muah!). Her collards, pinto beans, hamburger steak and baked chicken reminded me of being back home in South Alabama 45 miles from the Stateline Mississippi! Chefs kiss and hats off to you ma’am. The food was delicious and the cornbread was ooooo wee fluffy and so good.“

“With nearly thirty five years in business and a reputation for the best food specials in town and not just the famous burgers and lunch specials. They have a Devil Dog doing breakfast quiche. Semper Fi egg and cheese pie!“

“First of all I've given patronage to this establishment for over 30 years. I've given this place more business than they ever deserved. My last visit from Fayetteville Arkansas was definitely my last! My family was treated terribly. I'm a veteran so I thought maybe I'll go out veterans day and have a good meal. I never usually go out or participate and I didn't order anything off the free menu. I ordered the lobster, salmon and shrimp trio. All of the food was completely undercooked and the fish was nearly inevitable and had a strange flavor. I complained. I've had perfect salmon at this restaurant. So I decided to replace it with the perfectly grilled fish. Only problem is they just made another piece of the same disgusting fish and served me that. She never came back to see if I was happy or not.They literally just didn't care. The quality of the food was beyond sub par. I came home and the next morning I woke up violently ill. This was the only meal I had that day. My daughter also became very ill with the symptoms of food poisoning. Upon contacting the restaurant,the arrogant, POS, jerk that answered the phone as a "team manager" over the weekend Commenced to tell my wife she was a liar. That no way we got food poisoning but promised her a refund after pretending to look up our ticket and table. They never issued any refund so he lied about that too. I'm really at the point where you need to remove your head from your as*. Don't bother contacting me about this. Nothing you could do could possibly fix this. I wouldn't even take a lifetime of free food at your establishment. You just suck.“

“We love Chilis and have been going there for years on Fridays. The food is great and the service is consistent with smiles and that extra attention for providing a wonderful diniing experience. We especiall love Casey who always provides a smile and goes the extra mild to make us feel great before and after our dining experience. She is awesome.“

“I have ordered twice now to have food delivered and both times the order was messed up. First they forgot the sandwich sauce and the 2nd time they forgot the main item the pizza. The first time I let it go and this time I called to try and get the pizza delivered. I spoke with GM Joseph and all he did was blame it on he delivery service. I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. TAKE RESPONSIBLTY AND STOP BLAMING A DELIVERY SERVICE.“

“First time at steak and shake. Clean little 60s style diner with classic music in the background. Steak burgers were thin so if you’re a big eater you may want a double patty. Quick service and friendly waitress. Hard to find $5 burgers these days even at fast food restaurants however was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the meal was. Worth getting a shake as well!“

“Love it here, it's always a great visit. Except today, your cashier Sonia was kind of rude, seemed upset to have to help us. We waited in front of her for a bit before she decided to help us. Oh and then when bringing our food out, so rude. Not once gave a smile.“

“I dont care what new BBQ joint pops up in or around town..this is the best brisket, hands down. The place is decorated with trophies..........winning BBQ trouphies. Be easy with the Volcano sauce and tell the staff how good the food is in person.“
