Had the chopped brisket it was more fat than meat and had a very bland taste and the coleslaw and baked beans were nasty as well.
Bubbas is very welcoming! We always receive great service with a smile. The beer is cold and I really like the locally brewed Gotahold Beers. Now when it comes to food, Bubbas knows how to do some smoked meat. They have specials all the time, my favorite is the quesadillas with smoked brisket. Most of the time I order off the menu and get a Bubba’s Cuban, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
