Amazing experience! The whole family loved the food, service and atmosphere! Highly recommend getting a reservation and checking it out!
Great food and service. Not the easiest place to find and parking is a challenge, but it's worth it!
For having wine in the name, they don't have much of a selection. And the markup on each bottle is extreme. We had a $60 bottle that was 5 times retail. Their most expensive bottle iretails at $80, but they sell for $240, 3 times markup.
Great atmosphere and food. Quality of services was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Went here and it was absolutely incredible. The Beef Short Rib and Macaroni and Cheese were absolutely amazing. Can't recommend enough!
I came for the cave spring and loved everything they served. I was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed every minute.
We love the Grotto, the food and service is wonderful. We always request a table by the rock wall and they always make sure we are seated there. We went for my birthday one year and the whole staff signed a birthday card for me. It was so sweet. We always go to the Grotto when we are in Eureka Springs.
Very good food! The Mac and cheese is so delicious and the duck was very tender!
Service alone gets 5 stars for me I wish I remembered our servers name had blondish maybe white hair. He made the night a lot more fun with his humor and smile. We do enjoy good service when we go out. Working in the customer service field I always strive to make everyone feel good so it was nice to be the one being taken care of. We left with full belly’s and smiling. Try the honey suckle crème brûlée, get your own though you wouldn’t want to share good size for two people it’s just sooo good! Gets really busy so make reservations as they can only have 75 people in the building at a time and it’s not a super big building.
Everything was perfect! Definitely will be back!

Great food
we loved this place!
My wife wanted a great prime rib dinner. It was great. The kind you make at home, not some mass market version of prime rib. Tender, moist and flavorful. My steak was very good too. It was the best meal we had in Eureka Springs and we had a bunch.
We had great service, however the food wasn't that great. We got the fried Brussel sprouts which had little to no flavor. The shrimp on the small plates had good flavor but only had 4 grilled pieces. I ordered the smoked short ribs which I had to return, because they were so blackened and charged I felt like I was eating ash, the 2 bites that I was able to eat was so fatty it made me sick to my stomach. As a replacement I ordered the filet medium rare which got served raw and had to be taken back twice to be recooked because it was purple in the center.. By the 3rd time I was so very it and could tell that it was re seasoned and was just to salty. My boyfriend's steak was great along with sides. We got a complementary desert which was best thing I ate during the whole dining experience. Just overall a big disappointment for a $250 dinner
We each had the 16oz Ribeyes prepared to a perfect medium-rare. We split the charred Caesar salad & chocolate moose.
