We love the Grotto, the food and service is wonderful. We always request a table by the rock wall and they always make sure we are seated there. We went for my birthday one year and the whole staff signed a birthday card for me. It was so sweet. We always go to the Grotto when we are in Eureka Springs.
Service alone gets 5 stars for me I wish I remembered our servers name had blondish maybe white hair. He made the night a lot more fun with his humor and smile. We do enjoy good service when we go out. Working in the customer service field I always strive to make everyone feel good so it was nice to be the one being taken care of. We left with full belly’s and smiling. Try the honey suckle crème brûlée, get your own though you wouldn’t want to share good size for two people...
My wife wanted a great prime rib dinner. It was great. The kind you make at home, not some mass market version of prime rib. Tender, moist and flavorful. My steak was very good too. It was the best meal we had in Eureka Springs and we had a bunch.
