Both of the guys were so nice! The bacon was melt in your mouth. We shared the Hercules plate and it was plenty. Worth the uphill walk!

"Good food ain't fast" as the sign says, but it's totally worth the wait!!!
Our group of 9 visited Harold's on a Saturday in November. We had called ahead with our mobility and dietary concerns and their staff informed us that it was Diversity Weekend, so they could be busy but they'd be happy to see us. They recommended coming as early as we could so we arrived around 8:30/8:45 and there were plenty of tables available at that time. You order at the counter and then your name is called when your order is ready. Our group was able to snag the back room by the restroom which reminded me of my grandma's living room during my childhood. Board games were available on a corner shelf and a chess board was placed on the coffee table. The staff were incredibly accommodating and answered all of our questions. We ordered the last of the pumpkin pancakes which were the embodiment of fall, wow! The chef even came out to say hello and let us know they were nearing their one year anniversary. By the time we left, all of the tables were full. What a cool place!!!

The "homey" feeling of the restaurant is nice and welcoming. There are lots of games and things up for grabs to help pass time or enhance your experience but the wait time it takes to be served decent food is trivial as hell. I waited over an hour to be served cold breakfast. Besides the ones cooking for you, you serve yourself to everything else. Drinks, refills, and delivering your meals.
10/10 do not wanna eat a thing there ever again.

The venue was fun and inviting. Thr food took my tastebuds down me.ory lane. I loved the fun atmosphere ans how retro 70s it was. Who has vinyls and a record player these days? Played my favorite music. Their deviled eggs were outta sight. Wow, they even had chocolate gravy to cover my biscuits!
I wish they had a 10 star rating system.

Be prepared to chill and visit while waiting on the food. It is fresh. I recommend having a pastry appetizer. Josh and Lynette were amazing front house staff and very informative. Cody’s culinary expertise could compete with my mom’s cooking. I’ll be back for a day trip.

Went here because the reviews were great. I love that they are trying to be good community members and help people, but the food was expensive, small portions, and genuinely not good. Incredibly disappointing. The pancake branding has got to go, it make it taste like a camp fire.

Food took over an hour to get and then it wasn’t even good. Greasy bacon and pancakes that taste flavorless like cornbread. Do not recommend.

Excellent dining experience. There are quite a few breakfast/lunch options in Eureka Springs and I suspect you'd be hard-pressed to find anything better than Harold's Diner. The food was not just good, it was extraordinary - our party of six had the frittata, pancakes, bacon, eggs and a couple of other items I'm not remembering, but everyone was really happy with their food order. The atmosphere on the porch was casual and very pleasant - the service was friendly, attentive, informative and very welcoming. I strongly recommend Harold's if you're looking for a delicious, causal meal while in Eureka Springs.

Decent food, but don’t be in a hurry for it. It’s going to be a while.

My group of 5 had an amazing experience for breakfast on a Saturday. Everyone is so friendly and the decor is so fun! Our food was amazing. I had the blue plate special frittata with local vegetables and it’s the best I’ve ever had. My friends also ordered buffalo mushrooms, breakfast biscuit sandwich with a side of fries (best fresh fries she ever had, seasoned perfectly), loaded fried potatoes with sausage gravy, and Hercules fries with just the perfect amount of kick. They gave us a hot sauce recommendation that was out of this world. I also want to note they had a lot of thoughtfully curated vegetarian options! I cannot recommend this place enough!
