Okay, it’s McDonalds. You know what it is both nutritious worth and convenient value. This one is in Eureka Springs, automatically gets five star beautiful views just cause. The three stars are are from the aforementioned values of the Ronald himself, but my local guide recommendations is just something is wrong with the service sometimes, for example you can order on the mobile app and be serviced last or pulled over as new orders are served faster…..anyway. Honest hometown fav somedays.

I’m really glad my wife checked out my double cheeseburger I ordered it plain because I’m allergic to onions I asked the lady if it was ketchup only her answer was probably if I would’ve eaten it I would have to be rushed to the hospital worse McDonald’s I’ve every been to

Literally had three or more so called employees look right at me standing at the register, one so called employee came up to register, rang up her own food and walked away, just amazing, I guess your ignore customers long enough they will just go away

Update 6 years later. Apparently, I don't learn from previous mistakes. After picking my son up from after school activities decided to let him have McDonald's. Ordered 2) Mc double meals ( which include the hamburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and soft drink) and added 2) spicy McChickens. Got home which is 30 minute drive and to my surprise nothing but the drinks was correct (in the bag was a small fry, 3 piece chicken strips and mcnuggets). Obviously it was someone's else's order with my receipt on it. So here I am paying for stuff I never received. My shame for not checking before we left. Fool me once shame on me.. Fool me twice still shame on me. Sadly this has happened many times before, yet people go back because there is nowhere to go fast. I even tried to call when I opened the bag only to be put on hold, which I currently am 45 minutes later while typing this. So in short, save yourself and your kids heartache and just cook at home.

Very uncaring, incompetent staff. Picked up my son a happy meal on way home. First, handed me the box open in the pouring rain. Yep, love soggy fries. Second, as I mentioned this was for my son, so obviously I requested the boy happy meal. Which was also verified by the cashier. Get home and yay!!! My son gets to play with his new My Little Pony hair brush vs. The transformer. Icing on the cake after years of getting messed up orders from them. Only reason they survive is because they are the only fast food in Eureka (Arby's.. Are you reading this!).

Worst McDonald's in the country. The owner doesn't care and the employees are completely worthless. Cold fries and getting orders wrong is their expertise...

Every table that was empty was gross. We watched an employee leave their table disgusting after taking a break; food chunks and crumbs left behind. The workers were like zombies; no personality at all. (Which is fine! I just felt bad for them.) Food was typical McDonald's food. Drive through would be your best option is earing here.

Ordered a couple quarter pounder cheese burgers, which were served surprisingly quick, but they looked to be sloppily slapped together without care, were absolutely saturated in grease, and were RAW in the middle. Not pink, raw. The manager says this is how they are always cooked 🤨 and to ask for well done when ordering a quarter pounder next time. I would not recommend eating here.

Took forever waited from 3:10and didnt get “my” food until 4:15! And it wasnt even my order but when i asked why certain things in my order they said they “threw it in “ there was maybe 2 people that where actually helpful out that whole building

I ordered online and they took forever and gave me half my order and I was on break at work and I was picking up food for the residents and I had to wait again for the other half of my food so the first half was cold. I will never go there again. I’m sorry guys

The employees seem to hate their jobs at this McDonalds. Every time I've been there the employees ignore the customers. The last time I went you could see the physical finger marks in the top of the filet of fish where the employee had bunched it up with their fist. Gross. I just returned it and left because I didn't want them sabotaging its replacement.

Not the greatest by far! Almost slipped on a wet floor as soon as we walked in. Seemed to be overstaffed or the staff was simply poorly managed. The self serve kiosk wouldn't take our payment and it took a while to get help even after making eye contact with an employee.

Every time we dine at this restaurant, our orders are consistently incorrect. This time, we waited 30 minutes for breakfast, and they still got it wrong. To make matters worse, the orange juice was terrible! Trust me, make the extra 10 minute drive and go to Berryville McDonalds

Ling wait time in the drive thru. Food is 50/50 at best. Steak bagels come out inedible half the time.
