Holy cow! Our family tried the smoked bologna, pulled pork, brisket, pork belly burnt ends, Mac and cheese, and French fries. The meats were juicy, with a delicious smokey flavor, and were great even without any sauce. The French fries were hand cut which normally means soggy, but not these! This is everything I'm looking for in a restaurant, delicious, reasonable price , very nice people. We had a great lunch here. This will be at or near the top of our list when in eureka.

Sauced was our very first stop on our first visit to Eureka, and it definitely set the bar high! Very welcoming, family friendly, and down to earth comfortable environment.
