Our burgers were excellent and full of flavor. Fries were good as well. Others in our party ordered pulled pork nachos whiche weren't that tasty. Lacking seasoning and cheese. The chicken strip basket wasn't that great either, but were ok. They were more so your Tyson frozen chicken strips from the store. No flavor and were a little over cooked. If you want burgers, I definitely recommend this place.

We’ve come to Sparkys every time we’ve been in eureka springs and we’ve always had a good, fun experience until tonight. My mom, sister and I came to eat tonight with our dogs, and were put In a separate dog section which is totally understandable… except it was a hot mess outside, it seemed more like a storage area with tables and dead, dried plants and no upkeep. We did have fun with the old game machine though!The hostess was extremely kind and welcoming, and when our waitress took a while to greet us she brought us waters and explained our server had a large table so we didn’t think we were being ignored or forgotten which we appreciated. When we were greeted by our waitress she was extremely blunt and dry almost as if we were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day, we get it, however as customers there is a certain level of service we expect.When we had questions about certain items, she didn’t know the answers. Then said she’d been there for six years, so we were a bit confused about that. Our table was never bussed as we finished our appetizers, our table was a cluttered mess by the end of our meal. We were checked on maybe twice the entire time we ate, and she never came directly to us only talked to us through the gate. When we asked for the check, she reached over the gate and didn’t even walk it to us. It was an underwhelming night for a $100 bill.

The service was good but that’s it. We were there back in the summer. The food was mediocre and the woman at the cash register was rude and nasty. A gentleman who appeared to be the owner had a nasty attitude talking to a customer who was unhappy. The experience at McDonald’s across the street would have been better.

Used to be one of my favorite places. This trip the food was obviously microwaved - served quick and warm in the center of the enchilada, cold on the ends and beans and rice barely warm. Prices seem up, quality down.

Mediocre food at best. $53 for 2 burgers and fries takeout. Hour and a half wait and food still wasn't ready.Edit to add detail:Brie was completely ammoniated, dead, meaning past overly ripe and barely edible. Fries were soggy and burnt and the cheese had formed a solid mass in the center-clearly had been sitting around for quite a while. The wait wouldn't have been a problem if we were given the correct pickup time. Food was ready 45 minutes past when we were told to pick it up. Perhaps the owner should be more concerned about improving the food and service instead of leaving snarky replies to unhappy customers ?

Had some family in town and needed some place with a variety of options. The food was all great and the service was good. There was a little bit of a wait but nothing too bad. Everyone got something different and there were no complaints. I had the tuna and onion rings. The tuna was cooked perfect! Would definitely say it's worth checking out. I will definitely be back.
Good selection of food. Great carrot cake! They have so many selections on their menu. We eat lunch there when ever we are in Eureka Springs.

The food and atmosphere were great. The waitress was super cordial and she led the crowd into singing happy birthday to two different people who were celebrating birthdays that day. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Unique stop on our trip. Service was fast and friendly. Blueberry lemon cake was good. Salad was fresh. Burger was a good size. I should have specified how I wanted my burger cooked but other than that nothing wrong.

Very relaxing and easy atmosphere. Came upon it by chance yesterday evening. And we’re glad for it!! Nice variety of items on the menu. Tasty fares. And awesome carrot cake. We actually went back today for the carrot cake. But of course, we ended up ordering the bacon bbq burger too!!
