Black Olives could be the only thing on my sandwich and I would be happy. With that being said, when I order I say “a lot of black olives, I mean a lot, like a whole whole bunch, never too many black olives.” When I do the online order I put the max amount. I’d guess the past 6 or 7 times I decided to get Subway they have NEVER once put enough. This time I had 0. I don’t understand how hard it really could be to read a ticket and follow the exact instructions. I swear a 2 year old could do better at making damn sandwich.

The employee who made our order was behind, so it took much longer than any previous Subway visit. He was kind, though, and provided excellent service. The food tasted fresher than it has in a long time.
Crappy service, ordered online. Said it would take 14 to 24 minutes. Waiting the 24 minutes, arrived order was never made. Waited another 30 minutes, while they helped walk ins. Finally got my order, Said they tried to call, but my phone didn't work, bs. Crappy service

Has anyone else wondered if Subway in Eureka Springs is open at night? I've never seen the outdoor lights on. Very dangerous for someone trying to walk in to the store. Also, very uninviting. Considering we are a tourist oriented village, please turn the lights on!

Have eaten here several times and every time the staff is short and rude! The lady that made my sandwich and two protein bowl put half the meat that we should have gotten and was talking to a drive thru customer and myself at the same time. The kid who put the bowls together put the meat on the bottom and put little to no ranch! We asked for a meal with the sub which he didn't hear us say and acted confused when I wanted the cookies with my meal and proceeded with a rude tone to say there $2 I said I wanted a meal he then asked the other employee did we ring up a meal. I said you clearly didn't hear me and I wanted the meal he then said there $2 and I wasn't getting them for free... The owner needs to teach his employees some manners! This is one of the worst subways I've been too and will not be going back!

Just ate here and it was AWFUL! The lady that made my sandwich was incredibly rude, made my sub wrong, and I got sick less than 10 minutes after I ate it. My family also got subs from here and some of them are getting sick too! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I am tempted to go back and demand a refund because of our HORRIBLE experience!!!UPDATE!!!ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER EATING HERE!!! Got food poisoning from this location! Do NOT eat here if you value your stomach and money, a hospital trip is not worth a nasty sandwich!!!

Came late so they didn't have much. But at 930 wanted a meatball. Settled for a steak and cheese. Kids were nice, but their soda machine was already unhooked and all I wanted was water. So had to pay for two expensive bottles of water their. So that was kinda annoying. You'd think since they had the machine off they wouldn't charge. Sub was good. Kids saved the review from 1-2*
