Three different times I have tried to eat here, but even though they say they open at 11 all three times they have never been open once maybe change the hours online to the hours that you are actually going to be open to the public?

Turkey sandwiches were delicious! The lady working was the sweetest! She gave us cookies and a piece of roast beef for our dog. There’s a drive thru or some picnic benches to eat outside.

I waited 15 minutes for a to-go bowl of soup. It takes about 10 seconds to ladle that amount, but I was made to wait and wait.Should have just cancelled my order and left, but I'd been wanting to try this place. I won't be going back.Paid $7.50 for a bowl of soup ... the lady at the window asked me TWICE which soup I wanted. I told her broccoli cheddar both times. So, of course I got potato soup, not what I ordered. Not to mention that the "bowl" of soup I got was actually a cup.Lousy business model. Lots of other places in Eureka Springs to spend your hard-earned money, and get a lot more for it too.

I'm rating not on taste because I was sick when I bought this soup but I'm not sure about it. The person working there grabbed my soup from the fridge then heating it up in microwave. This soup was over 7 dollars. I personally think that's a bit much especially for soup I watched get put in the microwave. I got the broccoli cheddar so to those who get it aswell. It isn't exactly fresh.

The gentleman at the counter is very friendly and welcoming. They have a nice seating area on a hill which was very comfortable. I think it is a must do in Eureka Springs. Sandwiches and chili were very tasty. It is not one of those heat the frozen type of chain place so very very delicious. Prices were better than similar places. They had fresh ingredients and I think they also recyle very well if you are concerned about that kind of thing. 10/10!

Had a great sandwich! Great food, great service and great prices. There is nothing not to love about this place. The worker was also super friendly and asked us where we were from, how we liked the area, and overall made us feel very welcome. They have a multitude of recycling bins as well and are a very green restaurant. The ingredients were delicious and fresh, actually better than some of the bigger Bentonville places we went to on our travels. I really enjoyed it, it also has a nice little seating area you can take in a view.Definitely check these guys out if you are passing through and want a bite to eat!

This is the place for a great sandwich and soup! We stopped by today and the gentleman working was an absolute delight and so so friendly! When he said he makes it fresh we were a little skeptical. BUT, we were so happily surprised with how amazing the potato soup and Turkey sandwich was. We come to Eureka a couple times a year and we will be back every visit. Cannot recommend it more. So yummy.

The salads and sandwiches are made fresh in front of you. Everything is such a great price for the quality of the food and Bill is very nice. I come here often and will not be stopping anytime soon.
The woman running this place was extremely nice & sweet. Food hit the spot for us before going back a few hours home. I recommend to give this place a try, everything was great

This place is exactly what I was looking for. It’s our first time visiting this town and I was cold and not wanting anything greasy or too heavy to eat and this place was the first to catch my eye. They did NOT let me down. The lady who assisted us today was so sweet and friendly. Our soups and sandwiches were tasty and satisfying. 5 Stars, we recommend!

I've lived here my whole life, but I only just tried the soup shack, and it was incredible! The lady there was very friendly and told me all of the soups she had. I got the very berry salad, which was very tasty, along with a Reuben sandwich and a couple of bowls of soup, tomato and loaded baked potato. The soups were fantastic, and my fiance loved the sandwich. We will definitely be coming back!
