“How delighted I was this week to see not one, but two new vegan dishes on their dinner menu! It was truly a yummy problem to choose just one the other night. Due to the rarity of vegan tempeh dishes in town, I selected the Bangin’ Green Buddah. Crispy tempeh, a gorgeous array of green veggies and vegan chipotle cream over rice.
