I ordered takeout from this restaurant due to unpredictable weather and supposedly a conference at my hotel. The food arrived very quickly vía GrubHub. I ordered their curry ramen. It was so delicious and very filling. The restaurant offers a choice between thin or thick noodles and different spice level. I ordered the spicy level but it wasnt spicey enough. My spice tolerance is very high. I do recommend coming here again in the future.

I have eaten ramen at multiple locations in Japan and this is authentic. Hands down my favorite ramen this side of the pacific. And they always hand me my food with a huge smile! I hope they find a sit down location someday.

This place has the BEST ramen I've had especially in NWA. I came down with the flu and all I wanted was the miso broth from here, my boyfriend went and picked it up for me and it was amazing.

great ramen, but y’all should really update your hours online if you’re gonna be randomly closed. walking in 20 degree weather just to come upon a shuttered food truck is incredibly annoying. if you’re gonna close for winter weather or whatever, at least post it on your instagram.
edit: want to thank the owner for apologizing, and apologize for my own harsh tone. admittedly, i was hungry and irritable. i also saw that you then posted on your instagram indicating the closure. thank you! also, i understand being closed in this weather. y’all deserve to stay warm! i’ll be back when you’re open again.
Quick and delicious. Food reminds me of great memories I have from Japan.

Curry katsudon is my favorite and they make it perfectly! They are the only place anywhere around here that actually makes Katsudon! They are true to the Japanese menu.

This food truck deserves to have their own restaurant due to how delicious and high quality their meals are! Can’t believe this place is so close to my home and I didn’t know about it until now! Try anything on their menu and you won’t be disappointed! I do wish they had thicker noodles but to be honest the taste of the broth and everything else on their menu outweighs everything else that it makes you crave it more. You guys have a life long customer 🙏

This food truck is a hidden gem! I’ve been to Japan and their broth tastes really. I’ve tried many ramen shops with no taste in their broth yet expensive. Try this out, you’re missing out if you don’t!

My 13 year old son is a foodie and ramen restaurants are one of his fav’s. In his words “this is the best ramen I’ve ever had.” This food truck kicks out some fantastic ramen!

Was so excited to try this place bc I’m in town, got the spicy classic ramen and I was taken aback bc the ramen had zero flavor at all and there was no spice even. The pork was great and so was the gyoza! But the ramen was rough.

Absolutely love the ramen from here. Have had multiple types of their broth and each nails the flavor they promised. I especially like the Shoyu's (soy based) ramen's flavor with the beef. Service is insanely fast, like if you order for take ahead and want to arrive before your food is out, you better do it en-route or they will beat you to getting your order up. I have always had a great experience with them and will keep orderingParking is ample, seating is basic but also ample. It has other food trucks nearby so you can mix and match.
