The staff are friendly and helpful! I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked for suggestions and landed on Milanese Torta, #9 Quesabirrias, shredded chicken street tacos and steak street tacos. We also picked up a horchata, tres leches and jelly. Fresh ingredients, everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Took advantage of Jose's special offering of tamales. As a previous resident of Los Alamos, New Mexico we have been really missing that style of tamales. Jose made them with red chile sauce and they were beyond delicious!! More importantly, Jose is such an accommodating and friendly restauranteur. We can't wait to try the other items on the menu and of course get more tamales by the dozen. Thank you Jose and Triuno!!!

I got the lengua torta, with grilled jalapeños and chips and salsa. Salsa was so flavorful, but it does put a good bead of sweat on your forehead in a good way. The torta was sublime, lighter bread than most places. Fantastic meal, will eat here again!
