I am giving it a 5 star review because I come here atleast twice a week and the food is always great cookies are fresh and bread is amazing. But I just went in there today on October 16th 2023 and this has happened a few times where I will get my sandwhich toasted and it’s like ice when I bite into it. I am in town on business and the only reason for the 3 stars on service is that there was only one person in the store trying to handle all of the orders. SHE did a fantastic job keeping her professionalism but the management needs to address this. She prepare my order correct and did everything she was supposed to prompting a "Hang in there" and a nice tip from me. I did notice someone walk in and seeing the lack of personnel walked back out, lost a customer.

First time coming to this location but it was super nice the staff member who greeted me had batman on her name tag and she was literally such a delight!
