This place is horrible the owners at awful people and do not treat there management very well I worked there as a manager for 3 years and we are underpaid and treated very very badly it’s sad that people treat people this way

Only employee was cleaning up about 40 minutes to close which is fine no worries there but was kind of tossing things around and no courtesy of I’ll be right with ya or sorry I was just getting some cleaning done. Overall attitude was just not welcoming.

Kind of Terrible service. They had a large Togo when I went in, I politely waited until they were done before standing in line and rushing them. They acknowledged my entry to the building, first person in line. While waiting 5 other people showed up. When they were finally done with said large order, they proceeded to ignore me, and get everyone else. Wasted 40 minutes. Needless to say don't go here unless you order online. Their chicken is also of a questionable quality.

I tapped to pay with my card and it took $8 off for a tip automatically because I guess it's very finicky and when I called that's exactly what they told me and I have still yet to be able to get a hold of the manager to give me my money back not

First time coming to this location but it was super nice the staff member who greeted me had batman on her name tag and she was literally such a delight! Super nice and friendly talked with me and was super positive made me feel comfortable and let me know what things would cost extra etc. Only taking a star off cause they don't have an obvious parking lot so I parked at th3 building over cause I thought there wasn't parking.(Manager or whoever if you're reading this please consider batman for employee of the month she was literally an angel!!)

Made an on-line order and arrived about 20min after, since the app said my order would likely be ready by then. Got there and they hadn’t even started the order yet and didn’t even have anyone on line. A total of 3 people seemed to be working in the back. The gal that uses the walker was the only one busting her butt trying to take care of everything by herself, while another gal just walked around on the phone and placing labels around, hanging out in the back and didn’t even attempt to help. Another person was sitting in the back but wasn’t in any employee outfit so may have just been visiting.

I’d give no stars if I could! First, I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for curbside. I called 4 times and was hung up on; I said I was there through the app.I went inside and got my order. The “sandwich artist” made the excuse they had 20 sandwiches to make. I can understand that, but the app said my sandwich was ready. At least answer the phone.Then get home, I didn’t get my chips and my order was wrong!Maybe order in store, but NEVER place an order on the app at this store!

Most awful experience ever. They are incredibly slow and make online orders before dealing with in person customers. My husband asked them for something and they rolled their eyes and completely ignored him. Wish I could leave negative stars.

I am giving it a 5 star review because I come here atleast twice a week and the food is always great cookies are fresh and bread is amazing. But I just went in there today on October 16th 2023 and this has happened a few times where I will get my sandwhich toasted and it’s like ice when I bite into it. So I think that the oven might be broken or something. Because I even asked him to toast it twice because the cheese and pepperoni were not even cooked. I get rotisserie chicken add pepperoni with pepper jack toasted and today when I sat down to eat it, the meat was freezing so I’m not to sure what is happening because when he toasted it twice it still didn’t look great. But anyways this is a great restaurant and I love the employees they are very sweet and caring but I do think that the oven is broken but I will say that when my sandwich is toasted correctly it cannot be beat!!!

Have come here many times and It's never a good experience. It doesn't matter if you order online or go in. They're always understaffed and slow. The subs are always messily put together or lack ingredients they should have. Really seems like no one cares about this place which is truly unfortunate because I love Subway.

Manager needs to help out their employees. Girl was there all by herself. Doing online orders and 6 people on line. I felt so bad for her. One customer canceled his online order. She did a great job.
