“I ordered in person for the BOGO special for National Roast Beef day. I ordered to go. Two double beef and cheddars and two orders of fries. When it was ready, I grabbed my bag and drove home. Unfortunately when I got home there was a sandwich missing. I called and let them know. And they simply said, we will make it right. I went back, they made everything fresh and sent me home happy. Satisfied customer. Mistakes can be made, customer service is shown.“
“This is always the best arbies. These guys go above and beyond in service. One guy in particular, with the gauged ears and facial piercings is particularly a great guy. He is calm and composed and always extremely professional. He gives off great vibes every time I am there, and I really respect that because I don't think I could handle myself that well in the same environment. Food is always tasty, the French dip was incredible for a fast food restaurant. Big props to everyone at this location.“
