Let me sit outside on a nice day even though they were short staffed. Omelette sandwich was fiređ„đ„. Crispy potatoes with homemade ketchup was amazing. Had a mimosa which was great too. Will come back.

I have been coming to Arsagas for years, and have always appreciated their vegan and vegetarian options. However, my experience today was different.
When it was time for us to be seated, our wait staff escorted us to our table, and made it about halfway there before pointing to the table from afar saying, âThatâs your tableâ and then walking off before fully seating us.
On my last visit, I ordered an iced oatmilk latte. I watched the barista make my drink, and it was made with cold brew instead of espresso shots. Although I wasnât pleased with this, I didnât return the drink and went on with my breakfast. Today on my visit, I ordered an iced oatmilk latte, and asked the wait staff about the espresso versus cold brew. She said that they are prepared with cold brew, but can be made with espresso shots upon request with an upcharge. My friend and I both agreed to espresso in our drinks instead of cold brew. When we received our check, the upcharge for our espresso shots were differing, and when we asked the wait staff about the discrepancy, she said she was unsure why but thatâs what the button charged when she put the order in. We requested that it be fixed, which she did. I feel like the menu has false advertising when coming to their drinks, where it clearly lists âespressoâ as part of their lattes, when the standard is to make them with cold brew. I do not agree that there is upcharge for something that is listed on the menu as part of the drink, when it should be made that way in the first place. Nowhere on the menu does it state that espresso shots are an upcharge, which is a standard for making a latte, whether iced or not.
I also feel like the wait staffâs response of, âThatâs what the button doesâ was not appropriate and had we not looked at the receipt closely, would have been charged extra. While itâs not a lot extra to be charged, I feel like this is dishonest of Arsagas to not be upfront about their menu. I am disappointed by this and the service we received today, and will be a continuing factor of whether I will visit Arsagas or not in the future.

The woman/barista running the coffee bar is rude and should find another occupation. The cortado served to me tasted like dirt, worst Iâve ever had. I think she ran two shots through the same puck, probably didnât clear the portafilter and left it on the group head because thatâs the only way espresso can taste that bad. I sent it back, and the she confronted me about it and insinuated I didnât understand what a cortado was before telling me if she remade the drink it would be exactly the same. Iâll never return to this location for coffee. I went home and made a delicious cortado on my own machine and I bet tastes better than anything sheâs ever made. Our server was kind, the food was good, but for a coffee based establishment the baristaâs attitude and was not acceptable. Mistakes happen, but you shouldnât talk down to the customer because you didnât execute the drink right.

The dutch baby was really good and so was the latte. Fyi, when they ask if you want to add sausage to your biscuits and gravy, they do not mean they will actually add it to the gravy. They just mean they will add some unseasoned pieces of sausage on the side. I ended up just eating the biscuits and egg and the gravy was good but the biscuits were dense. Maybe just avoid ordering those altogether.

Food was great, perfect restaurant for breakfast, maybe they have to include more lunch options, variable cocktail drinks

Food was greavas always. Found it odd that I had to buy a second cup or drip coffee after the first refill.

Food is as expected, not mind blowing. We saw our server only twice...once to take order and once to collect the payment. Took 25 mins after finishing meal to get plates cleared and check. Coffee & tea is delicious but they need to work on heavily on service.

This place is fantastic! I hope they never change a thing (could improve some on the drink menu maybe). We eat there anytime we are within an hour of there and it's always great!

Food was bland. Frittata was tasteless and they didnât have pico-de-gallo or salsa. Also had the Brizinski. Eggs and bacon and potatoes. Average at best.

Staff is nice and food is good, but the wait is horrendous. Being busy shouldnât be an excuse.
Came for coffee on a Sunday morning and it was packed with people having breakfast/brunch. Seemed like a great place to grab a bite, wish I would have discovered it earlier in my trip to Fayettville. Much larger than the other location.
