Not too attentive. I've gone several times and asked for light ice and each time it's been the full ice experience. And each time, the place was empty, so, not busy at all.

This one of the only boba shops I've never had an allergic reaction at. I've given up on asking people to wash the blender, and normally just deal with the consequences, but I didn't even ask here and still had an allergy-friendly drink. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff enormously. This is definitely my boba spot in Fay
