I ordered a burrito not a brick, this is ridiculous and should never be given to a customer.
the last 3 times I've talked myself back into trying Chipotle off of Dickson, they twice did not have the fajita mix of peppers and onions, and once had very little left, less than a third of what is supposed to be. They clearly didn't care, and were not workign on remedying the situation. They even had a smirk, like "I not only don't care, but delight in lousy customer service. They had no other veggie options. SHOUT OUT TO THE CREW ON SHIFT THIS EVENING!!!...AS WELL AS THE ANGEL WHO OFFERED UP A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS, GENEROSITY, COMPASSION..I COULD GO ON AND ON; LIKE THE TEARS OF JOY ROLLING DOWN MY CHEEKS...INSTEAD ILL JUST CONTINUE THE PROPS..A YOUNG LADY BEHIND ME STEPPED UP TO MY RESCUE WHEN THE MANAGER STEPPED IN AND SAID NO WORRIES ALLOW ME...AND THE YOUNG LADY IN MY WORLD IS ELATED!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!
