You just can’t go wrong with Chuy’s. Great chops, salsa and creamy jalapeño ranch to start. Two of us ordered what we call Shirley Goo in Dallas, but here they said it is called the Steven special - rice, meat, queso and add fajita veggies - it’s a winner! Son got the chicken ponchos and wife ordered the fajita chicken just as a side item. All good! Service was awesome as well.

A lot better experience than trying to eat at the Chuy's in Rogers.

Fresh tortillas, fair prices for today's economy, and the best service I've had. The chips are always fresh, the salsa is always good but usually a bit too spicy. I've never had a bad waiter, it's always been a terrific experience. Chuy's stands so high above the rest that everywhere else looks like a bad deal. I'd recommend it a thousand times if I could.

Truly the worst service I have ever had. I understand that it might be rush week or that the
university started back and the city is busy and places are crowded, but you should staff for that. We sat at the bar. Our server talked to us one time, she didn’t even take our order. The manager did. We got our food and after that we were never checked on. We had to ask somebody else for water. We waited for 15 minutes to get to go box and get our check and even longer for them to come back and pick up our card to pay the bill. The food was amazing if I could check the cook, I would

The service was wonderful. Atmosphere was okay. But the food could have been better, everything seamed to have the same taste.

The food was decent. But for them to advertise mexican / TexMexs, I expect flavor with my food. So I get different location are different but this one they need to get some spainerds people cooking because I swear no flavor and very bland. And if its not the cooks fault and the owner making them used bland products that would be a shame and a disgrace to my culture. So if I go to a place to advertise anything with mexican, I expect spices and flavor. Other than that, the service was great

Showed up with large party and got seated immediately. Even if we had to wait, I would not have minded, the staff were personable and friendly. It was my first time and they brought us complimentary queso and chips.
10 out of 10!!! Felt like we were visiting families house. Oh yeah and the chicken and cheese with thier tortillas.....mmmhhh mmmmhhh. You gotta try.

Good Day Melissa Daly

I rarely leave reviews for corporate chains. However, just as I worked for a few Fortune 500 companies, corporations do employ local people. (I'm looking at you WMT Home Office) Also, in the 90's I ate at the original Chuy's in Austin. I like to splurge once a month on the fajitas. They are big enough to eat on for three days, and include homemade tortillas, a massive bag of tortilla chips, salsa, and creamy jalapeño dip. That's a win in this economy! At my last visit, I forgo curbside pu and had a mock-a-rita. It was great, and so was the bartender. When I got home, my order had a slight mistake. I only eat brown rice, so I always request double beans. The kitchen accidentally gave me rice. I sent an email on the website and received a prompt response. Chuy's sent me an E-gift card for more than the cost of my meal! I really appreciate the fact that they did not dismiss my complaint as frivolous. I think they realize a lot of us are trying to stretch our dollars, and we put a lot of thought into purchases. I am taking one star off because the food can be salty for my taste, but I tend to eat a low-salt diet. Try the margarita sans tequila. It tastes great in this heat and is a safer choice. Bartenders should be pushing water shots with their drinks to keep people safe from global warming! I get down with my Gen X, low-salt, brown rice, alcohol free self, but I'll continue to splurge on Chuy's.

For us and we've tried lots of Mexican restaurants. Chuys is good. Food has good seasoning. Unlike some places. The only thing I'd like to change would be to bring the sopapillas out with the meals. They weren't meant to be a dessert.

The service was excellent very attentive and our server was sweet but when my food came out I had two plates that both had hairs on the food. I’m very understanding and told them I just didn’t want to have any food but they still brought me the same thing I ordered. For my first time eating there I can say for certain that I unfortunately will not eat here again…
