For lovers of a mild smoldering heat, I can’t recommend the New Mexican martini enough. It’s infused with a hatch chili tequila and is 10/10 chefs kiss kind of delicious.

It was our first time eating at a Chuy's so we didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere is too fun. So much to look at. Our server was amazing and went above and beyond. And the food was delicious and large portions. We were starving and none of us 4 finished our plates. Not because we didn't like the food but because the portions are ridiculously large. Their sauces are so good and a must try.

I was disappointed because the lady said we make homemade tortillas, they might be homemade but a machine makes them and they don't taste like homemade. Homemade tortillas are made with your hands not a machine. They don't taste the same.

If there is an option to give it a negative review, I would have chosen that. This is the second time it happened with us within a week. It’s a serious breach in hygiene and health concerns. Despite of clearly mentioning about the vegetarian diet restrictions and clearly asking for vegetarian meal. We were served the meal which was cross contaminated with beef, pure negligence about customer preferences. This the second time, The first time we ordered vegetarian food and again it was served with chicken, forgot about it as it felt like a genuine mistake. But this time it’s more like a negligence towards customer needs and satisfaction's. Nobody wants a replacement meal, when they specifically ask a vegetarian meal and being served non vegetarian (beef). It always about an experience to eat outside and no compensation like free meal or taking off that meal can ever make it justified when they ruined someone’s experiences like this.
It was great. We stayed at a hotel just a five minute walk. The Mexican I've had in a while.
