Olive Garden Italian Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience, where the service can be slow at times, with long waits for drinks. However, some servers, like Shelby and Jacob, provide excellent service and are very accommodating, especially regarding dietary needs like gluten allergies. The food is solid, with great options like soup, salad, and pasta dishes, including the Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. While some dishes, such as the shrimp scampi, may have elements that could be improved, like tender asparagus, most guests find the food to be enjoyable. The wines are average but suitable for industrial-scale production. Overall, Olive Garden is an acceptable choice for a casual meal at a reasonable price, and it features servers who bring a positive attitude and great customer service skills.
