Overall low rating because of the hidden TR fee. I was not informed ahead of time of this fee, nor did I see a sign. So I gave a generous tip in cash. Had I known of the fee, I would have decreased my tip. Why doesn’t the restaurant owners cover or increase the pay for the kitchen staff? Instead they want customers to pay. My bill was close to $70 dollars for 2people.
Hadn't been to Noodles in a while but very glad I returned. I had the jalapeno lime chicken and the sauce on that bad boy is exceptional. My friend devoured his lasagna and we capped it off with their key lime pie. These guys know what they're doing. Emily’s service was outstanding as well. I'll be back soon. For taramisu too! Bon appétit!!
The last time we ate there was years ago and never again. I'm amazed they're still in business. My 2 year old daughter choked on her child's plate of spaghetti. There was a huge rubber band in it the same color as the noodles! I finally got it out of her throat, but it was scary. They simply didn't care and didn't help even when she was choking and crying and I showed them the big rubber band.
