I had Gabrielle on Monday. Good service, PLENTY of good food at lunch . Gabrielle was the best!
Called numerous times to place. Pick up order. Phone constantly gave busy signal. Online ordering was ridiculous and went in circles.
Get there to pick it up 20 minutes later. Hostess was unaware phone was not hung up and iPad for ordering was offline .
Paid 4.00 to add broccoli on chicken fried rice order. Pitiful! Smh 🤦♀️
Get home, shrimp on top of sushi was cold… sushi was cool as well.

I was very disappointed in the food and service for my visit on 04/02. I do not like complaining. We chose Kobe out of a huge list of eating options and went in with high expectations. The service was not up to par and my food was way below the quality and freshness that I would have expected. Because people often want examples: I ordered the general's chicken and my girlfriend ordered sashimi, an uncooked entree. We also ordered an appetizer.
