The customer service was not the best I ever had. The red headed girl that worked 10:05am 5/17/25 was busy talking to her friend for about 5 minutes (no order until I had to interrupt if there was anyone else who could help me with getting donuts). I work the retail world and when you're on the clock you are working- not taking advantage of the company's time to pay for your personal conversations with highschool friends. I think during this time someone came out from the back room and she saw me waiting but didn't even address if I have been helped. I plan to visit again sometime soon so if I get a better experience, I'd be happy to edit my review. Getting good employees may be difficult but it's not hard to teach, train and enforce house rules. 👍🏽

Excellent coffee drinks and avocado toast. This is the best Dunkin in Northwest Arkansas. In particular, Katie provided professional service with a smile.

I witnessed and experienced frequent verbal and sexual harassment that went unaddressed. Multiple employees were made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe, and concerns were ignored. I do not recommend supporting this business until leadership changes and employee safety becomes a priority.
