We loved our waiter, Eli. He provided excellent service and was very personable. I had the delicious fish fry tacos and my husband had the pickle fried chicken tacos. He said they were great too. We were very happy we decided to stop in this afternoon and will definitely be back. We will bring family and friends with us too.

My husband and I went here for our date night. We sat at the bar and enjowade. Watching the ladies make a difference. We did try the trio. The sauces were really good, very interesting. We also try to do some of their specialty. Drinks were also very good. Yes, I highly recommend.

This place has great wait staff and a cool building! Food portions are small compared to what you pay. I got the steak fajitas for $25 and I got 7 strips of steak. The tamales taste like dog food. Amazing black bean soup and tacos!Vegetarian options: Veggie Fajitas

I made plans to revisit before I even finished lunch. I've told everyone to check this place out. Steak tacos for the Win! Our server was on top of it - no empty glasses.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant! I loved the interior design and layout!(Bathrooms were very clean as well). The food - I didn’t enjoy. I ordered the 3 tamales with added cheese dip. Those were probably the worst tamales I’ve ever had… I could only get one down.My server, Leah, wasn’t great either. And I’m a former server. When I ordered a shot of strawberry flavoring for my marg- she brought me strawberry liquor. I explained to her that’s not what I wanted, hoping she would take it back to the bar- cause I hadn’t touched it.She didn’t…I had to walk myself up to the bar and speak with the manager about returning the untouched shot- because I just wanted a strawberry syrup added- not more alcohol. The manager did take it off the tab. And apologized.I just really wished Leah would have clarified that during my order. And the fresh lime and salted chips were too lime flavored. Just a tad too much.I wish this business success and happiness- just not my cup of queso….

Who knew? The food was amazing. The hush puppies tasted like the best corn-dog batter you’ve ever had. Ever! Chips with three salsas: we had the creamy jalapeño, tomato jam, and devil sauce. Loved all. I ordered the grilled pineapple and shrimp. Best grilled shrimp since Newport Beach CA! With the pickled onions and divine lime sauce. This was just the greatest food we’ve had in NWA in a long time. Prices completely reasonable and wait staff did fine despite rush crowd.

Had the Chilaquiles from the brunch menu on Sunday and wife had the verde enchiladas. Not a culinary experience and not a great value for what you get. The taco offerings may be better. I feel like they just gas you up with a unique atmosphere to make you feel like you’re getting something special but the quality and value of the product can’t compete with a basic family owned Mexican joint. The brunch chilaquiles is tortilla chips with verde sauce, two eggs, jalapeños and cheese for $12. The presentation was a joke. It legitimately looked like it was made in a college dorm room. The verde enchiladas barely had chicken and what it did have was poor quality. That’s was $15.I will say our waitress was very nice and did a great job. The decor is super cool and clearly had a lot of thought put into it. Much more than the food unfortunately. Save some money and enjoy a better meal at your favorite small family-owned Mexican joint.

This place is amazing!! Excellent everything all the way around! I have been to the one in Little Rock and the Fayetteville location did not disappoint either. Thank you for bringing a location to NWA! If you haven't tried it, I recommend it 100%! Thanks again Tacos and Tamale for an excellent experience!

Our server was kind and attentive, but it was not a good experience overall. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp & Pineapple Salad. Ten minutes later, I was informed that they didn’t have shrimp. I had to choose something else, so I asked for a cheese enchilada and a corn/zucchini/spinach enchilada. I was told I could not have that either. Apparently, they cannot provide that combination, which doesn’t make sense to me. Both items are listed on the menu. Finally, I settled for two cheese enchiladas. After they arrived, I just threw them in a box and left because everyone else was done eating. Very disappointing experience.

Delicious meal - we each ordered something different and sampled the entrees. We enjoyed the Chicken & Poblano Enchiladas, Fish Fry Tacos (pictured), and Tamale Pie Dip. We had the 50/50 Cheese Dip with Braised Ground Beef (pictured). It was good, but a little small for a table of 4. The Tomato, Cucumber, and Mint Salad side was beautiful and delicious (pictured). We all greatly enjoyed dining outside on their patio! I appreciate that there were chairs with no arms.
