Even though the atmosphere and the service was good the food was not very good at all. The price was not reflected in the food quality. Way too expensive.

Presentation was great and the food was tasty. Our waitress was attentive and the menu options were great too. Was not sure what we were expecting when we walked in but it was not something as nice as First Watch was! I love the herbal options and the care they put into their food menu, it showed.

The food was average, but I'm eating low carb so I ordered off the "healthy side" menu. The server was exasperated and running around like she was slammed and there were maybe 10 tables with people in the entire restaurant and at least four servers. I would not go back unless I was not restricting calories or carbs.

Awesome food. Definitely jersey girl approved. Get there early, there can be a wait, they are pretty busy on Saturday and Sunday morning. But worth the wait.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER received in my life. Take “RED” off the front register because the girl does not people AT ALL. When I asked about my drinks that were missing from my $60 carry out order - I was told that she didn’t take the order and rolled her eyes than proceeded to walk away. When I asked to speak to the manager- nobody came out to see why I was disappointed in the service. My to go order is covered In gravy. Don’t ask for to go utensils because “RED” is to busy to get you any without rolling her eyes. I am from Kansas- told this was the spot to eat at in Arkansas. Hope the food is better than the horrible customer service!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The wait time was not properly conveyed. About 30 minutes turned into more than 1.5 hours. Everything was great but would have appreciated a more accurate wait time to help our decision to dine.

We usually like First Watch but today was not that day, we realize it was very crowded but once we sat the service very slow and most of the time we had to wave him over. We were supposed to get toast but after we got food and no toast we waved him down and he said oh, we are out of toast. Would have been nice to be asked can we substitute for that? Food that we did get was pretty good though. Sad that restaurant help seem to act like they are doing you a favor in Fayetteville .
