We love Gusanoβs but Chelsea made us love it more! She was hands down one of the best waitresses weβve had! She was so sweet, attentive, and stayed on top of everything the whole time. She made us feel taken care of and made our experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Chelsea!

I decided to come into Gusano's today for lunch and had the pleasure of Avery waiting on me. She was constantly checking in with me, making sure I had everything I needed. My experience during a lunch on a Thursday at most places is waving down the wait staff to get any kind of service and leaving wondering if I'll come back, but not Gusano's. Avery is hands down the best waitress I've ever had.

The pizza, although pricey, was really good, had the 20 inch, ate it all, was still slightly hungry. other party had the chicken Alfredo, said was delicious, nice portion on it. The Alfredo was reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and informative, there were two staff members at the bar, drinking on both sides. Wondered if the owners knew. The place was not busy, maybe 3 tables. Overall decent experience, would try it again.

The food is great. Our waitress was not attentive and she forgot to bring us our drink. Trivia night on Wednesdays is fun.

If you ordered deep dish from Temu, this is what you would get. This isn't authentic chicago deep dish at all. Giordano's does it better comparatively, which is saying something because Giordano's is mid chi-town deep dish at best. I lived in Chicago for a year, so I consider myself pretty familiar with this world, this ain't it. It's pretty disappointing because the flavor profile is definitely there, it tastes great, but the execution isn't even remotely close.
The traditional pizzas/thin crust pizzas were good flavor wise, but the crust all tasted like communion bread.
