Insomnia Cookies offers delicious and warm cookies, perfect for a late-night treat. While a bit pricey, the cookies are worth it and the employees are always helpful. The restaurant goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even making additional delivery attempts if needed. The friendly staff is knowledgeable and willing to provide recommendations. Customers found the cookies to be delicious and pretty good. One customer was very impressed with how the store handled a delivery issue, giving a refund and delivering a fresh box of cookies. Another customer mentioned Vivian was so sweet and welcomed them with a smile, and didn't mind helping even though they were about to close. The store is always so clean too. However, it's a crap shoot if you'll even get the one you want based on what's available. Parking is also a pain and the employees seem to be too busy to be friendly. They do deliver.
