We had a group of 7 come in on a busy Friday night. All of us work in service industries and know how hard busy nights can be. We had a waitress who just wasn’t able to keep up and seemed to shut down rather than asking for help from other employees. Brynn came over at the end and realized that we needed help and truly put us at the top of her priority list and continued to care for us when the other waitress could not. We have gone to JJ’s multiple times since they opened, but the service just wasn’t up to par from other visits, UNTIL Brynn started serving our table and willingly took over. JJ’s is always a great late-night restaurant and bar and we will always choose them because of the quality of food and service. Even though tonight was a different experience than what we had experienced in the past, Brynn went out of her way to change our experience to be the best it could be after what had happened. No matter what happened earlier in the night, we will always return because of the environment and the care that the servers, like Brynn and her managers, brought to the table.

Unfortunately, had a terrible lunch here.
Our table was dirty and sticky.
The server's demeanor was indifferent, and when we asked about specific dishes on the menu she didn't really have any positive feedback about the food.
On her recommendation we had the fish & chips and fried pickles which were really greasy and bland...ended up getting sick afterwards.
The burger was dry and she forgot part of our order. We were there for approximately one hour, primarily because she forgot to put in part of our order. And although I had a few cocktails, she didn't re-fill our water glasses even after seeing they were empty. Won't be back

Best college bar on the planet. Can’t get enough of this place, I go back each time I’m in Fayetteville. So nostalgic. The only way this place could get any better is to get their raspberry beer back, that was my favorite beer of all time

Had a great server she was really nice and great service. Paid $72 after tip wasn’t bad besides my partner getting food poisoning from their buffalo wings last night and has been up all night with it coming back out. Not sure if they were undercooked or what but he only ate 5 of them before boxing them up because his stomach hurt. Wasn’t till later we figured out they were the reason why.
Was with a large group of people. Just about everyone thought their dish was “fine” or “mid”. Probably a better space for just getting a drink but definitely not for getting food. Roof was even leaking water on our table.

Food was great... hostess? Where? Waitress after we asked and then she was pretty good but we had to ask for her to come get our check as well all along while the hostess stood against the wall just doing really not much of anything... when plenty could be done...? Like, she saw us come in and told us to sit anywhere but then didn't bother to help us with menus water or even a server...idk what 😳 was the deal but it lacks alot of enthusiasm in their employees

Kicked out for my service dogs. Will be contacting lawyer. Staff needs to the proper laws. They are not legally allowed to asl for any form of proof under both federal and state law because no such registry exists

Magenta haired girl with white cowboy boots was incredibly nice ! Helped my family out a lot even when we weren’t at table and just playing the pool table ! Totally recommend!
