Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi

I had Gabrielle on Monday. Good service, PLENTY of good food at lunch . Gabrielle was the best!

Not what we are use to.

Called numerous times to place. Pick up order. Phone constantly gave busy signal. Online ordering was ridiculous and went in circles. Get there to pick it up 20 minutes later. Hostess was unaware phone was not hung up and iPad for ordering was offline . Paid 4.00 to add broccoli on chicken fried rice order. Pitiful! Smh 🤦‍♀️ Get home, shrimp on top of sushi was cold… sushi was cool as well. Disgusting. 🤮 won’t recommend this place to anymore of my guests at my place of business nor anyone else. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had . No more . At this point it’s time to report this location to Kobe Corporate and the health department. COLD FISH !!!! are you kidding. Me!! The management team needs to be replaced. You’re only in business because of the hotels nearby and the brand name. It will be dealt with.

Great food. Pricing is on par with most other hibachi grills. Grill master? Was not very good or entertaining. Fried rice is extra which seems weird. You pay 40 bucks and have to pay more.

I feel like this place continues to go down hill. Presentation was not good for either item that I ordered. My sushi had a small piece of plastic on it which left me paranoid the entire meal. I would swear the soba noodles were just spaghetti. The booth I was sat in had a wet floor sign when they sat me and it remained there the whole meal. Someone came and took my soy sauce (trying to get ready for close which was about an hour away) and left me needing some when my sushi came. Just all in all a bad experience and I'm very disappointed that I spent $27 (one basic sushi roll and vegetable noodles) on myself for this to be the case.

I first tasted the chicken fried rice with extra beef, shrimps and pork. I liked everything except the pork so the next time I went there I bought chicken fried rice with beef.
The food is actually a lot and tasty.
Not too spicy. Just how I like it.

The waiter was great. The drinks he made was ok. But the food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This is the worst hibachi grill I have ever had . That’s saying a lot being that I’m a 20 year Army veteran who’s been around the world 5 times. Just be a bar and serve pizza ! The audacity.

Came here for hibachi, paying $30+ for a meal, we expected entertainment. That’s the whole point. Fried rice was burnt, I didn’t get any veggies on my plate even though I requested them. Order an app and it came out wrong, after I already received my entree. Will not return.

It’s hot in there and not very clean. My sprite was flat. The lettuce on the salad wasn’t fresh but the dressing was really good. My husband liked his general tso chicken

I went to Kobe’s while visiting Fayetteville on business and I had a good experience. My waitress was super friendly and very attentive. I went during their lunch hours and ordered their Bento Box. The portion sizes I received were generous and the food was delicious.
