The food always wonderful here. We started off with a huge complimentary bowl of fresh crispy tortilla chips with 4 varieties of salsa ranging from sweet and mild to throat tingling spicy. I ordered the chicken flautas that came with a salad, side of beans and both sour cream and wonderful fresh guacamole. Friend got brisket taquitos that came with a salad. These were flour tortillas stuffed with beans and shredded brisket then quick fried! OMG!! freaking amazing! Niece got the #8 which arrived with a crunchy ground beef taco (with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese ) and 2 shredded beef and cheese enchiladas happily swimming in red chili enchiladas gravy. That also came with a large serving of guacamole salad. We will again be leaving with full tummies and even bigger smiles!

Not great. I had an expensive but not good margarita. The bartender remade it, and it was still not good. The food portions were generous and tasted fine. My partner and I shared a burrito and had two margaritas, it was almost $60 with tip. I understand food costs are rising, but it was not cheap for a margarita that was awful. The service was great though and none of our issues were server issues. I doubt we will return when there are so many other options.

We usually get to go orders in the last 6 weeks every order has been wrong. Tonight I called and complained the manager called me a liar and didn’t stop there but called my son; who is currently serving in the United States Navy a liar. La hacienda has always been a great place for good fresh tasty Mexican food. Not sure what’s going on but it’s terrible now!!

We have tried just about all of the Mexican, Columbian, Guatemalan food in this area, and believe me when I say there's a lot to choose from. For us it's La Hacienda. Been coming here for over 25 years. The menu is a mix of coastal recipes and authentic traditional Mexican, Tex/Mex. I've never had to send anything back

Update 2026: it's been 6years since I've been here. The food was good NOT amazing but good. I had to send my frozen mango margarita back because it tasted really awful like it had gone bad. I didn't even order another cocktail just to be safe. Waitstaff were very accommodating and polite.
2019: I've been here MANY times, but over the course of the years I've eaten here, the quality is too inconsistent. The servers all seem nice, but that's not enough when there's many other restaurants to choose from, especially those that make their own flour tortillas. I'm disappointed in my last couple of visits, so I will not be back again.

So gross fried tacos weren’t drained and a plate full of OIL. Chicken tasted so BAD meal was not edible no spices tasted like canned chicken! The WORST Mexican meal ever and all the staff sat around in public booths on their phones. SLOW and yep poor customer service should have been aware when the cook was at a table pre ordering and waitress staff all sitting around in public will never go again CLOSE DOWN!wouldn’t even serve an animal this mast sss food
Always great food and a great time here.

Have been coming almost monthly for two years now and have not been disappointed once. The three salsas they bring out are awesome. Sometimes they have a live guitarist who adds to the atmosphere. The best around

My husband (RayDubb) and I visited on Christmas Eve and Rachel seated and served us. She was very personable and attentive to our needs. The restaurant operated very smoothly as a team. The food was delicious and the longer we were there the more people came in with their Christmas cheer. It was a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Warm atmosphere, delicious food. One of the family’s New Mexican restaurants. Margaritas are tasteful and perfect balance I got the deep fried avocado with shrimp. 10/10 would recommend

This is the ONLY Mexican restaurant I truly like. The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The Tacos Al Pastor were some of the best I’ve ever had. This place is a must every time I go to Fayetteville!
