i almost had to jump through a drive thru window this morning to straighten up that manager’s attitude she had. she messed up my order and had the audacity to snatch it out of my grandpas hand because SHE didn’t hear what we wanted.

Nobody stops at McDonald's for an amazing culinary experience. You stop there to get quick decent food. Today...I watched the last at the window hand my bad of food the car in front of me. And then 2 min later the car handed my bag back to the employee. They leave I pull up sure enough they hand me the crinkled bag of my food. The worker looked at her screen and never even made eye contact with me, let alone say anything. So I sat there...and stored at her. Even said "wow" how about good morning....not the norm for the alma McDonald's, but probably won't be going there anytime soon. Really sad

Yall wrong asf for charging 32cents for some Danm sauce… spent $30 on lunch and forgot bbq sauce and y’all being funny wanting me to go back around to buy just sauce…. Not coming here anymore especially with the taste of the food.. would rather go elsewhere

They charge you $.60 for extra caramel in your frappe but then don’t give you any extra and barely put any on the top. Pay $.60 for absolutely nothing

Oh my gosh, I rarely leaves reviews but I have to because the lady who served us was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, I even had to ask her name so I could leave this review lol, her name is
