Totally messed up my entire order. Called and no answer. Called the next day and was told I would be refunded and could swing back thru and have it re-made. I was happy they were going above & beyond to make it right. Then I was told when I got there, I had to pay for it again. You should honor what you say. Extremely poor customer service and misinformed me, only to cost more of my time and money. Not the first time my order’s been messed up either; just the first time I’ve said something. Myself & my family will be taking our business elsewhere. Differentiate the cost of making something right versus the cost of losing valued customers.

Not in the least impressed. I work at the VA and had went by this place several times so offered to pick up lunch for co-workers. First ordered the pear salad and they did not have the ingredients for that. Next ordered the strawberry salad but they had no onions. So I switched to the Jive Turkey and they did not have the coleslaw. Didn't discount anything and then of course wanted the 15% tip. Won't be going back again.

So I’ve been coming to this place for a hot minute… the southwest and Asian quinoa bowls are advertised as coming with chicken… the last few times they have been out of chicken - so a few times they offered to take some $$$ off, then stopped offering that. I commented and they said they’ve never done offered $$$ off for no chicken lol. Ok. Now I go today and ordered the SW bowl, they asked if I wanted chicken added… I replied, it comes with chicken & is the first ingredient listed on the menu. They then said it is extra $$$ to have chicken! What?! In what world do you adv something as the first ingredient and then charge extra for it when the menu says NOTHING like that… then they kept asking me, does it not say that the chicken is $2 extra on the menu? No, no it doesn’t. They just said “sorry for the miscommunication but it’s $2 extra.” Yeah, ok… figure out your menu or lose more customers. I’m over it, will probably not be coming back.

Wow!Green blend (minus pineapple) was fantastic! 10/10Delta Blackened chicken sandwich was spicy and perfect! 10/10Wife had Jive Turkey 10/10 and Nutterbuddy smoothie! 10/10She gave them both 10/10! I think in our entire 25 year marriage we have never found a place where we both gave the restaurant 10/10 on the entire meal. Will be coming back regularly!Look forward to our next trip!

Guy working alone this morning (05/30/23) made the best blackened chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could leave him in my will when I die. It was that good. Someone give this guy a raise because he is a sandwich artisan of the finest degree. 10/10

EDIT: 4 YEARS LATER AND THIS PLACE IS STILL 5 STARS!!! I haven't tried the Sandwiches but I can't wait to! They look DE-LISH! Lol!✌️✌?✌?✌?✌?✌?Natural State Smoothies is my favorite smoothie shop! Their smoothie bowls are to die for. I wish there was one in Bentonville! Their employees are always really nice and helpful! I haven't been dissatisfied yet. 5 stars!

Used to love this place. Last few times I've been there it was beyond horrible. This time was the worst. The smoothie was juice and hunks of ice not even attempted to blend up also I paid for protein powder to be added and most certainly was not. The chicken salad sandwich I ordered had WHOLE grape tomatoes all wrinkled and disgusting. When I call to try and at least say hey this isn't cool NO ANSWER AND MO ANSWERING MACHINE. This owner has stopped caring about its business and it shows don't waste your time here. So glad I wasted 20bucks on lunch. You guys suck.

I frequent here 3 x's plus a week. Busy prom day...and daughter to get smoothies. (No banana sub mango.) The employee insisted upon that there wasn't any banana in the drink. There is a reason we don't get it IN a drink...think we know the difference?! Yes. ALLERGY!!! Multiple unanswered calls. Is this how business is conducted? I'll happily use my Doordash pass for competitor to be delivered to my door and right for the same price when you are buying 3 WRONG drinks that you get 3x's a week. $20+ literally down my sink drain. Not a happy customer.
