Natural State Smoothies offers a diverse menu, featuring popular items such as southwest and Asian quinoa bowls, as well as a range of smoothies. Customers have praised the restaurant's Wow!Green blend and Delta Blackened chicken sandwich, with one reviewer describing the sandwich as "spicy and perfect." The Jive Turkey and Nutterbuddy smoothie also received high praise, with a customer noting that they had never before found a place where both they and their spouse gave the entire meal a 10/10 rating.
