The food is good. Don’t go to the drive thru unless you don’t mind waiting 20+ minutes to have your order taken. I’m positive it’s not the staffs fault. More than likely not enough employees to handle large number of Uber Eats orders, online orders, etc.
Just got told the drive thru was “cash only” and they couldn’t give me my mobile order I placed an hour before, or refund my points for it? The guy behind the window was writing down people’s orders while the “system was down” but couldn’t take down my order code? Absolutely ridiculous.

I will make this a three star in order to not affect the actual rating. But you really really really really need to make your drive-thru more definitive on one lane or the other. I just pulled out of line for fear of my life by one of your other customers. He was stopped on the line in between the two lanes. I attempted to go to the left lane.
