The grilled cheese is delicious, much better than the popular ‘cheese specialty’ restaurant. It’s disappointing that they discontinued my favorite teriyaki chicken bowl especially after discontinuing my other favorite bowl years ago. But that’s a corporate issue. Go early to get a kitchen sink cookie because they sell out fast.

I also don’t recommend the MLK store. It’s closer to us but we drive to this location due to the service and lack of selection at MLK.

If you want a good morning/afternoon/evening, do not go to this place 🙂 If you want to make somewhere on time, do not go to this place. Genuinely such bad service. Waiting for 20 mins in drive thru for a bagel is genuinely diabolical. Additionally, their salads are extremely underpacked. Please don’t go to this location! Trust when I say the food is not worth the bad service!!! The employees genuinely do not care, and they will give you attitude….

I've been to the panera in springdale and rogers. But Fayetteville has the absolute best crew. Always positive, always professional, and timely service. My man on the food line in the mornings is the best when ur craving a toasted Italiano.
If the manager sees this let your staff know how much u appreciate them.

ordered an in cafe pickup order for bagel pack, pastry feast, scones and my own breakfast sandwich. went to go pick it up and tried opening the door at 7:30 and it was locked. they open at 6. two other people show up and try the door. nobody comes to the doors to say anything. there's no signs saying we should go to the drive thru. we can see people inside filling up straws and what not. but nobody says anything. person at the window hands me my bag. its a paper bag being stuffed through a smaller window and they're saying something to me... which i couldn't hear because the bag was crinkling so loud. so say 'what did you say?' and they looked annoyed i asked and rudely said 'have a good day'.. never had such an odd experience at a fast food place.

Absolutely horrible wait times and front staff have no idea what the hell they are doing. They hire the slowest people.

I hit up the drive through when I need a baguette (excellent quality I might add).
I also crave the soup when I’m feeling under the weather. They do have an app (phone not appetizer) for those of you like me who collect restaurant apps.

Couldn't get help at the counter for several minutes. Finally used the self-service tablet. Tablet told me to serve my own drink but there were no cups. Finally, someone came out to fill the tea pitchers. After much more explanation than I expected to give, I finally got her to understand I needed a cup. The food was good quality and portions were fair for the price.

Pick up sandwich was only partially wrapped, mayo all over the outside and no chips. I was unable to discuss it with the manager, as he was out for a smoke.

The bread was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Not the mention the girl behind the counter cussing like crazy.

Mrs. RITA a new associate really made my day. She not only provided a hot coffee and pastry but offered me wisdom that I really needed. Thank you Rita, Jeff.
