I don't understand why everyone has such bad things to say about this place I've gotten nothing but nice people and one girl had an accent so think I told her I was sorry but I just couldn't understand her and I was so sorry and she didn't even get offended which if it was me I probably would've. Pizza was missing jalapenos and sausage. I called and talked to the store manager and he wanted to give me $1.60 credit on my account for the missing ingredients. I was just trying to get a different pizza to replace it and he wouldn't do it. Was super rude about it too. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location. It's super easy to make things right when you make a mistake, not make the customer feel guilty about trying to get it fixed. Definitely recommend Guido's or Gussanos...read full review

The past 2 times I've ordered here I didn't receive all of what I ordered, and the customer service....terrible.They should definitely make sure that the customer is actually on hold before they start talking about them and complaining about them as well. This place used to be great to order from but it's went down hill drastically.
