Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Today around 3 PM, I visited Popeyes in Fayetteville. Since moving to the United States, Popeyes has become my favorite chicken restaurant and my family’s favorite as well. Usually my husband is the one who places our orders, but today it was my turn.

I am still learning English, and I was very nervous. The truth is that my anxiety took over, and even the few words I know seemed to disappear from my mind. I felt overwhelmed trying to communicate.

A young lady with beautiful bohemian braids took the time to help me place my order. She was patient, kind, and understanding. Even though she did not speak Spanish, I could see how hard she was trying to help me. She even tried to say a few words in Spanish so I could understand better. That meant so much to me.

Her kindness turned what was becoming a very stressful experience into a wonderful one. I don’t know her name, but I want to thank her and let Popeyes know that they have an amazing employee. May God bless her for helping me when I needed it most. She truly made my afternoon so much better.

Experiences like this also motivate me to keep learning English every day. I know it takes time and effort, but I have faith in God and I know that little by little, I will get there.

This restaurant is nastier than any third world restaurant that I have been to. Service is also horrible. This is a shame because Popeyes used to be a food place to get chicken but they have went down the drain

Drive-Thru the drive-thru employee was very nice and helpful.

My favorite chicken place of all time. The classic chicken sandwich far exceeds the sandwiches of competitors, and it's under $6. Chicken is white and tender all the way through, breaded and fried to absolute perfection. Buttered bread and the pickles are so good. Couldn't be improved on if they tried. Sweet tea is fantastic here. I like to put honey mustard sauce on the sandwich.

Restraunt waa rude to my Dasher when we encountered an issue with a delivery being handed to the wrong person and them confirming it was picked up but never actually giving it to my door dash delivery person. They refused to remake the order and were rude to my delivery person while I was on the phone with him trying to resolve the issue. Un-professional and does not care about customer service (as someone who works in retail and food daily).

I didn't receive my whole order. And was charged over 30.00.

Avoid at all costs. Disgusting food, horrible service.

Employees don’t care. They sit there and look at you. Took 35 min to get a 3pc tender. Btw, the inside and drive through were empty. Never again.

Great food no matter what you order, but if you want to order, go inside. Going through the drive through will have you waiting 20-30 minutes, and they may get your order wrong, or what happened to me, where they forgot my entire order, and I had to go inside and get a manager to get my meal for me, even after that it took a solid 20 minutes to get it!

Probably the worst Popeyes ever, I waited a long time (an hour) for a 4pc chicken. Arrived at 4:50 and was there till 6:10. Then when I asked for a sause the manager said no. She was disoriented and yelling what she wants from her employees who were trying their hardest to obey her commands. If you see the manager with short hair in a grey shirt. For the sake of your day walk out of that door. Cause she just set a world record for the longest time to get a 4pc out the door.

We come here most Sunday nights - it's a tradition for us. Good food. Some nights they are out of what we want. Other than that, no problems.

If I could give negative stars on “service,” I would. In no world should it ever take an hour and a half just to have an order ready. None of the employees or even the manager showed any sense or urgency or care. The best compensation they could provide was upgrading my drink from a medium to a large which was hilariously insulting. Even after waiting that long, the order wasn’t even correct either. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse fast-food restaurant than this one. Completely unacceptable from start to finish. If this is the level of service coming from the person responsible for running the store, it says everything about how this location is managed as a whole. I will never be coming back.
