We went here to redeem my birthday burger and was using gift certificates and the waitress said we had to do 2 separate transactions when we've redeem them with rewards before, waitress was rude, and she never asked if we wanted more fries was slow to give me a refill. Not a very good experience, very disappointed. I wrote this right after we left the restaurant i was disappointed but the other staff was nice my son said he thought she was new.

The food was ok, it's Red Robin and it's pretty consistent. Not great, not bad. I haven't been in years, the fries weren't as good as I remember. I probably won't go back as there are other better options close.

Burger was mediocre for its price. Our server was obviously reciting some stupid memorized script instead of actually talking to us like human beings, made the interaction feel hostile and I know it wasn't the poor servers fault.

Always love going here. The onion rings were fantastic! The burger was amazing. Of course they have a lot to choose from and are getting more burgers. I can't wait to go back! Definitely a family atmosphere with great service.

I was greated right away and the restaurant appeared clean. I joined my group that had already been seated. We had a young child with us. We were seated near another family which was nice. The seating was perfect for both our families. He ate well as we all did. The service was on point at the right time. Our food was to temp, flavorful, good portions, and something new to us were the brisket nachos that come on, I believe is house made (if not they're good), thicker, crunchy potato chips. Great pairing with plenty for the table. We will definitely be back. I had the Avo-cobb-o salad, another had grilled chicken salad, one a burger and fries, the baby had corn dogs with fries. Everything I would recommend and eat again.
