Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

We have been to Rudys in Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma and now Arkansas. Love it!

Brisket was great, pulled pork was just okay.
Very expensive!

I didn't went the new restaurant yet but I did saw them at the rodeo and their brisket sandwich and the sauce is very good and the employee were very kind and good people god speed.

Its a pass for me. Pulled pork was not flavorful. Homestly it tasted s lot like BBQ out of a tub. Im sure it wasnt but quality wasnt much better. My sons ribs were better. The meal was $37 for us and I got s free BBQ pork sandwhich but I wont be eating it. Honestly there are much better options for this price point.

Best food I have had in a while. I'm visiting from Oregon and the employees were super helpful and let me sample some meat. I will come back each year I'm in Arkansas!

My boys and I went for dinner... and we've always enjoyed coming here. This evening was no exception. We came towards the end of the day, so parking was great and finding a table wasn't hard (last time we came midday on a Saturday and WHOA). We're never disappointed... and maybe it's because we usually on got Rudy's when we went to visit family in Texas. Any way, pulled pork sandwiches were great, brisket sandwich was awesome, and thr macaroni cheese was delicious. Also, Big Red on tap! Staff was super friendly.

I was skeptical about coming because of the reviews. It seems they have revamped management and created an excellent environment. Kudos to the team for being welcoming and the food was great. Shoutout to Angel! Will be back for sure.

I've been to Rudy's BBQ locations in both Texas and Colorado, and it's some of the best barbecue you'll find anywhere in the USA. When I spotted this location, I was excited to try it, but after reading some very mixed reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect.

I'm glad I decided to give it a chance. The brisket was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for from Rudy's. The atmosphere was also really cool and had the laid-back BBQ vibe I've always enjoyed at other Rudy's locations.

Based on my experience, this location delivered the quality I've come to expect from Rudy's.

My wife and I were in Fayetteville for the evening and looking forward to eat, stumbled upon Rudy’s. I highly recommend. We were there on a Tuesday night. There’s no way for food and they had a special of a buy one. Get one free brisket sandwich. We splurged on the dessert cups as well. The banana pudding was my favorite!
The atmosphere is great, the seating is really flexible. I thought the picnic tables would be hard to get in and out, but realized the bench is moved!
The staff was super friendly and walked us through how the restaurant worked since it’s a walk up and they cut your meat or prepare right in front of you.
I know some don’t like the Texas barbecue, but it was delicious!

My first time being here I didn't know what to expect because of the mixed reviews on here already but I had a turkey sandwich, sun chips and the cream corn and it was great. The turkey was so juicy I'll definitely be back for sure

I wouldn’t recommend to anybody else … The ribs tasted like they have been sitting there for 30 minutes and I bit in the corn on the cob and got a mouth full of water I wasn’t risking trying the beans…. Again would never recommend.

Updated: I didnt see the response to this review by the owner until I came here to update the review, So for the record I never reached out to them after they replied to this review.

My wife really wanted some BBQ and wanted to give this place a 2nd shot. We ordered a LB of Moist Briskett. It was delicious and was the correct portion amount. It was a curbside order and Service was quick. It was the only item I ordered but it was good. I will bump this up to a 3 from a 2 and the food to a four.

Order to go for the first time from this place for my wife's birthday. The food came fast and everything was there except for we paid for 3/4 lb of baby back ribs and only received a half a pound. This place does not do ribs by racks or half racks like everyone else they do it by pound. I actually weighed the ribs on my food scale and it was only a half a pound. So we paid $16 for three ribs. Also the rub that they use on the ribs is extremely salty. The rest of the food was okay.
